The debit or credit card details you give to us will be validated before your order can be accepted. Payment will be charged to your account before dispatch of your order. We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment we will not be liable for delay or non-delivery.
FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING on orders of $40 or more within the continental US. Offer only valid on orders which include $40 or more worth of items (not including taxes). Applies only for standard ground shipping.
Entire order must be shipped to a single address.

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. By law, flammable items are not permitted to ship by air.
Orders are processed in order received on the following business day. They are processed Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm and are usually shipped within 5 to 7 business days after being received.
Due to warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions, we are not able to ship all products to all geographical locations. The items we cannot ship are considered all hazardous items, including but not limited to: aerosols, heat protectants and most hair oils or serums.
Jan. 2014 UPDATE: Unfortunately, due to recent regulations, we are unable to ship goods to the EU. The countries in the EU we are unable to ship to include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Shipping and Handling via US Mail/UPS Ground begins at $35.00 and increases with the weight of the package and the actual destination.
PLEASE NOTE: You are exclusively responsible for Shipping & Handling charges. These costs will be charged to your credit card even if you refuse the package for any reason whatsoever.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Customnails.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as Brands, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
Currently, all International orders are shipped via US MAIL or UPS Ground. The transit time for international orders is approximately 4-6 weeks due to the nature of the product.
